We offer a number of ways for you to get your domains mapped as quickly as possible and to learn more about domain mapping, DNS, and server configuration in the process.
People using the free version of the plugin can also submit a ticket with general technical support questions, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Priority support is available for customers who have purchased any of our pricing plans, and includes support for setting up your first domain mapping via live chat, Google Meet screen sharing, or email.

There are some cases in which additional support is required. For example, if since purchasing the plugin you have changed your hosting environment, DNS configuration, or other major changes, in most cases we require that you sign up for Extended Support in order to receive 1-on-1 assistance.
Extended Support is usually necessary in these cases because these changes are outside the control of the plugin’s core functionality. To help you with proper configuration, we’ve done our best to outline everything you should need in our Documentation.
